Solution of hanging problem on Moto G/Moto X after android 5.0 Lollipop update

Everybody wants to update there OS and get update from Kitkat to Lollipop ,but after the installation they face hanging problems or slow process because of some data of Kitkat is remain in the memory and it is called cache. The cleaning of these cache is called wipe cache partition and this is slightly different in Moto G and Moto X. When you follow old guide you  can not get the wipe cache partition option in recovery mode. So follow these next step and your handset will free from hanging problems.

Step 1:-

First you need to power off so press the power button for 3 sec and you get the power off option in your screen.
Tap the power off your phone will power off,please tap fast because after 10 sec it will reboot and will not get  therefore the power off option and wait until it finishes the reboot and try again for power off.

Step 2

Now press the volume down and power button tougher and press for 4-5 Sec. Now you look a black screen as shown below ,then release your fingers from power and volume button. If nothing show repeat step 2 .This is Boot Mode .

Step 3 :-

In this mode the  volume down button for navigate and volume up button for selection or enter the mode,don't  use the power button because your phone will reboot and the process will closed therefore you follows these step again .now move cursor to recovery using volume down button and select Recovery using volume up button.

The phone now boot into recovery mode and your screen show dead android as shown in fig.

Step 4:-

When you in the dead Android ,so you must follow these step:-
1) press power button for about 2-3 seconds
2) without releasing power button press volume up button and release the volume up button.
3) release the power button.

If your phone reboot it means you press the power button long and also if you Moto G and Moto X is still running kitkat or jelly bean so you should press and hold the volume up button for 10- 15 sec while still holding the volume up button ,tap and release the power button to access recovery mode menu.You see  as shown if fig.

Step 5:-

Use volume up or volume down to navigate Wipe  cache partition and press power button for select.

After select the wipe cache partition your handset is wipe all cache file in cache partition and this will take 2 -15 mins some owner reported 15 min or more don't panic sit back and relax for completion of the process.

Step 6:-

Now select Reboot system now in recovery mode or press power button to reboot.
Press power button after completed the process.

This is all about wipe cache partition. Follow these step your moto G and Moto X free of these cache file and system get more space for processing and your phone work without hanging problem.
